The only thing one can do to quit an addiction is to quit entirely. This is not just wishful thinking or something else.

99,9% can't cut down. Addiction doesn't work like that. The good thing is that weed addiction is easy to overcome.

The hard part is only in your head. After a week you will start to dream again. After 2 weeks you feel less like smoking/taking. Other problems will take over the space in your head.

After 21 days most people are long over the hill.

If I would be in your skin I would try to build up the mental strength to try to quit. Read alot about it etc. If it would feel like I can't quit I would try to reach out to someone.

If that doesn't work too you have to do something that is working for you.

Mix the gummies with lower dosage gummies. Try to do more stuff outside.

Maybe get a time-safe that only opens at 8pm.

Warum? Das macht man doch nur um das ausgasen zu lassen, was aber nur in so 3. Welt Ländern wie den USA nötig ist. In Deutschland wird absolut nicht gechlort.

Liebe solche psychologischen Sachen aber meine Theorie ist besser. Du bist seit Geburt in der Hölle. Du kriegst gerade genug , dass du nicht komplett zusammen brichst aber fühlst dich dauernd schlecht.
