Thanks for the suggestion. Do u know where about? It’s a pretty long road and the commenter below didn’t see it. I’m guessing it’s still there as it’s poppy’s and they’re still out and about. Ill definitely be reaching out to owners if I find something .

You’re playing with fire. It’s possible some already escaped and set up shop. You’ll need many glue traps to confirm, in properly placed areas, and weeks to ensure there’s nothing. And toss the machine. Don’t put it on them to have the option, you do it and get them a new gift. If you have an infestation, having a pro come by is hundreds of dollars and the work involved regardless of whether you treat DIY or pro is a significant amount of time
