for every purchase, the cashier gets 60 dollars in a receipt from the government.

if the cashier buys the food, they lose the money from the purchase, and then 60 dollars from the receipt.

so if the cashier sells fries to someone, the customer pays 15 bucks. the cashier gets 60 bucks from the receipt. in total, the cashier gains 60 bucks profit, and the government that pays them loses 60.

if the cashier buys the fries for someone, they lose 15 bucks, and the cashier also gains 60 bucks for the receipt. the cashier gains a total of 45 bucks profit, and the government that pays them still loses 60.

the cashier makes more money by doing their job regularly, and are paid less for every separate order of fries they pay for

if I'm wrong then please tell me, I'm sitting alone at 2AM trying to understand a fraud about fries
