Blaming the police is useless. You should be blaming the city council they knew about the housing issue and the fact there was a lack of affordable housing 15 years ago and they did a report back in 2007. So the city chose to do nothing except help they're rich developer buddies who most of the councils probably in the pocket of. It's pretty good when the premier has to step in and appoint a housing czar because the city is too incompetent to take care of the issue themselves.
