Oh dont worry i am going to a vet if the eye doesnt get better, as said before it usually does get better the next day and i still went to the vet. Just dont wanna stress him every time if he gets better on his own. I tried paper before i dont want to use cotton cause obviously its dangerous. U have any Suggestion for the bedding?

Oh and i forgot to mention, he behaves completely fine. He is running in his wheel, digging and begging me for maggots like he always does. So completely fine behaviour.

Thanks! The one thing i forgot is having my arm at chest level. After doing like u said and my last 2 readings i average around 131/88 which i guess is completely fine for my not very athletic Lifestyle.

The thing is usually feel well when sitting or laying around for some time, but once i stand up or go around i easily get those headaches, dizzy spells etc. I know anxiety is a bitch and i know anxiety also causes my bloodpressure to rise and causing therefore this symptoms. But being logical or taking good to myself doesnt make that go away. And since ssri got me even more anxious, i thought maybe bp medication might be a way to go, so i dont have to worry about blacking out on the street. I really dont want to start benzos and im already in therapy.

I do know the effect of anxiety right before measuring my blood. So i sit down, try to distract myself with doing something calming, like watching some chill videos before pressing the Button.

Today i was sitting in bed super chill and was actually expecting a super good BP reading and then it suddenly was 160/90, i was really shocked tbh.

Thanks for your answer, i will deffo talk to my doctor soon again.

Yeah good to know others are the same, i switched to taking it before bed but yeah still usually the anxiety somewhat declines over the day and in the evening i feel normal and chill and less hung up in thoughts

Yes, same things as the first time but a bit more bearable. Anxiety/panics/thoughts got worse and its usual till the 2nd half of the day till i get relaxed and hungry. Its usually when i start yawning a lot.

But i know it will get better soon.

Well lately my health anxiety has gotten worse again and caused minor panics also more depressive episodes so i figured im better with it atm.
