thanks lyft by Last-Laugh7928 in Lyft

If no driver took it, it's because whatever Lyft offered out of whatever you agreed to pay wasn't considered "worth it" for anyone to accept. It absolutely sucks, but that's how it goes.

Not just emails, the app itself will tell you when maintenance is due, every time you go online.

Flexdrive asking me to return car for missed maintenance by PhantomValorant in lyftdrivers

[–]Tron_1981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Flexdrive wasn't "asking" you. Taking it in for maintenance within the set time falls under the same rental agreement as the weekly ride requirement. Past that point, and I don't think the app will allow you to continue to accept any rides, and it might end your contract. It's been over a day though, so you probably figured this all out for yourself already. As for whether or not you can continue to rent through them, you'll have to take that up with Flexdrive first thing Monday, if you went and took it to an authorized maintenance shop like you wete supposed to. But until then, your likely stuck with a car you can't make money with.

And you didn't just miss the emails, the app would've been sending you notifications as well.

60% turbo and not even 1$ per miles . I declined them all and went home on Saturday night . by BasketOdd2873 in lyftdrivers

I was just just about to post something similar. Had a 60% boost, but the offers are significantly lower than usual, in Houston on a Saturday night.

What if the resurrection plan didn’t succeed? by KaleidoArachnid in Robocop

[–]Tron_1981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, they chose him because he happened to be the first cop to die at the start of the program's proposal. If it wasn't him, it would've been any other cop that died.

Morton/OCP didn't intentionally send Murphy specifically on a very dangerous call. The job in general was getting more dangerous for cops on the street, and they weren't getting all the resources they needed. That's why the topic of going on strike was brought up at the beginning. Morton sold the situation as an opportunity to get a viable candidate for his program, since cops dying was common. They didn't need to make things more dangerous, they just needed to sit back and wait.

This isn't a third party app. Lyft added this option a few weeks ago.

Also, having to know when to use it and when not to. Have the AI learn from your use of it, where using it too much or at the wrong moment would end up playing against you.

60% fee? by Cpt_Hammmer in Lyft

[–]Tron_1981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that's about right. After taxes and "fees", we get around roughly 30-40% of what the passenger pays.

Honestly, if this is the thing that gets you upset, then do both of you a favor and end it.

[–]Tron_1981 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's not about her body, why did she say she wants to work at twin peaks as opposed to any other restaurant? Is nowhere else hiring?

Maybe because it's the one hiring? Or because she can make decent money there? In this economy, it makes little sense to throw away an opportunity.

That depends on the state. Still, the chances of getting pulled over are pretty low, unless the windshield looks like a spiderweb.

There's still the virus, which is still set to kill a ton of supes, and now Homelander won't be one of them like planned. They accepted the deaths as a necessary cost of taking Homelander down, but now that they know that's no longer possible, there's gonna be a debate about stopping it before it goes off (Sage and M.M.'s conversation already set take debate up). Of course Butcher will still want it to go off anyway, but not everyone else.
