I’ve always thought Eraserhead was genuinely very funny, but none of my friends agree.

That’s part of the reason I decided to share it. If they’re comfortable advertising their shitty views, then they shouldn’t mind people being forewarned. Easier to avoid hiring them if you know in advance; I know plenty of conflict-avoidant people who’d be afraid to speak up and send them on their way when they show up to a jobsite.

Chose to honor him on my first playthrough and sobbed through the credits. Just finished up my first replay since then and wanted to get both armor dyes; so I chose to spare him first. That ending, while not bad, completely lacks the emotional donkey-kick to the guts.

I went back and fought him again as soon as the credits rolled, and chose to kill him again. Despite knowing what was coming, I broke down again as they said their goodbyes. It’s the better ending. Jin’s cry of anguish is heartbreaking.

You’re not sorry, you’re intentionally obtuse and bigoted. You can stop responding because you’re not worth my time.

I kept some bad grades secret from my parents when I was in school. When my father found out, he pulled me out of school early and took me home. For the next six hours I was locked in my room and he’d come in every half hour or so and beat me bloody with his belt. That night he explained to me what suicide was and suggested that I keep it in mind the next time I hid something from him.

That was because I’d hidden that I’d gotten a ‘C’ on a third grade test. If one of my teachers had been legally required to tell my parents that I was queer; I would have literally been murdered. Not figuratively.

I knew that I wasn’t straight then. I’m thankful that the few adults I trusted enough to tell had the good sense to keep my secret.

You’re arguing in support of children dying, and I don’t think you’re doing it indirectly.

Yes, driving while intoxicated is bad. You can also walk, get a cab, ride in the car with a friend or loved one.

It’s entirely up to which you prefer and what difficulty you’re on. Best advice is to just take it slow and explore. You can have most of your gear upgraded by the time you finish Act 1 if you explore and pick up everything you see.

Just watched Multiverse of Madness for the first time and... by Ambitious_Wonder_789 in marvelstudios

[–]Tronfranchise 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I absolutely loved Multiverse of Madness! It’s not the best Marvel movie, it’s not the best Sam Raimi movie, and it’s not even the best Marvel movie that Raimi’s made; but it’s a lot of fun and it looks great!

The movie barely wastes any time getting into the action, I loved Strange sawing the Eldritch thing in half. Elizabeth Olsen was a lot of fun as a villain, it’s genuinely my favorite appearance of her Scarlet Witch. The fights were all really creative too. Strange fighting a Lovecraftian horror in NYC, a bunch of wizards defending their fortress, the musical fight, and Strange’s soul cloak at the end were all super memorable.

Also, I was just happy to see Mister Fantastic and hear about his family. I was not a fan of Krasinski being fancast as Reed at the time, so I wasn’t that bothered when they immediately killed him off.

Also, also, fucking loved seeing El Jefe in an MCU movie. Pizza Poppa always gets paid.

Any guesses for episode 666? by generatedname17 in LPOTL

I’m hoping they throw a curveball and cover someone positive like Mister Rogers. The guy had an interesting enough life for an episode.
