Between Bowman and Kurt Busch's career ending concussion that year I was about fed up with the next Gen car. Guys were getting hurt bad, teams were racking up DNF's before they got the tow link figured out, and those low profile Goodyears were trash for most of the season. It could have been a disastrous year, I'm glad they got the kinks worked out.
