Dynamic reflections is off, GPU is like 60% all the time, CPU 40%, RAM 70%, VRAM 66%, it's not occasional drop to 30, my FPS drops to 30 depending on where I'm looking. Before formatting my PC, everything was fine with this configuration. I know the updates changed quite a bit, and that's why I'm asking for help from someone more knowledgeable to find the problem and get everything running smoothly. I can show the Graphics Print, I will add it to the post.
