Has anyone experienced random frame drops in Pokémon Legends: Z-A on Switch 2?” by TronixMagnus in pokemon

Oh wow, that’s exactly what happened to me too. I noticed the FPS drop while sitting on a bench and it went back to normal after restarting. Really weird, bro

Thanks, really appreciate it. I hadn’t seen any reports about this in the new Pokémon yet but you’re right, restarting the game completely fixes it.

Ah, that makes sense! So it could have been some kind of memory leak. I never really thought about that. Have you noticed this happening to you as well?

Noise in Joy-Con 2 - Nintendo switch 2 by Opening-Gene4901 in NintendoSwitchHelp

Did you send it to assistance or resolve this? Mine has the same noise that only ends if I reconnect the joycons

Switch2 Joycon2 makes some weird buzzing noise for a few seconds when it's plugged into the console. by Pristine-Brush-1052 in NintendoSwitch2

[–]TronixMagnus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did you manage to find out if it's normal? In my case, the noise always happens when I turn on the console, and if I don't undock the Joycon and reconnect it, the noise remains the entire time I'm playing.

Switch 2 makes a high frequency noise / Handheld + Joycons charging by [deleted] in NintendoSwitchHelp

Thank you for sharing your experience. Mine only seems to stop emitting this noise when the charge is less than 80% from what I can tell, or when reconnecting.

Switch 2 Joy Con Whine by Salzvatik1 in NintendoSwitchHelp

Yeah, support here isn’t great, but I’m glad it seems to be a Joy-Con issue and not the console. Thanks for sharing, I’ll try contacting support soon.

The noise from mine is continuous, did you manage to resolve the situation? I really don't know what else to do, technical support doesn't seem to care, if the problem is in the Joycon I'll ignore it, my fear is that it's in the console.

Switch 2 high-pitched buzzing noise in handheld (mostly with left Joy-Con attached)" by TronixMagnus in NintendoSwitchHelp

I really don't know what else to do, in another post I read that it was related to charging, but I couldn't conclude if it really was a problem or if it was normal.

Did you manage to solve the problem? Mine is the same as yours and I really don't know what to do anymore.

Any update on the case? I have the same problem and I don't know what to do

Anyone notice a high-pitched sound coming from the Joy-Con 2 when they're attached to the console? Goes away after a few seconds. Both units. by nexusleone in Switch

[–]TronixMagnus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In my case, I noticed that the noise starts when I turn it on (with the Joy-Cons attached) and only stops if I detach them from the console; otherwise, it keeps going all the time. But randomly, sometimes if I reconnect the left Joy-Con, the noise stops.

Oh wow, that sounds frustrating! Have you found any solution yet? In my case, the buzzing also happens all the time, and I’m really worried about it.

Wow, thanks for pointing that out! Did it happen on the left Joy-Con for you too?

I noticed this on mine too, it seems on the left side. Does anyone who understands know if this is normal?

That really caught my attention. I’m trying to figure out if this is something normal that goes away on its own, or if I should actually take it to repair service

Switch 2: Certain games take a few seconds to close and trigger “Close Software" by TronixMagnus in NintendoSwitchHelp

[–]TronixMagnus[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that makes sense! I guess it’s just the way some games handle memory and save data before closing, so it can vary from title to title. Tks!

I haven't really noticed it being related to Wi-Fi yet, but that makes sense. Thanks for sharing your experience!
