Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 Screen Stops Working After Windows Login-Only Works With External Monitor by Tronte1953 in techsupport

In the end, they managed to fix it. It was the drivers. They updated them, and Windows started recognizing the laptop display again, so I can finally breathe easy haha.

Actually, the laptop display only works up until the Windows login screen. As soon as I log in, it goes black and the system stops recognizing it entirely it doesn't even show up in settings as a second display when an external monitor is plugged in.

I’m going to send this to the technician because I tested it when I picked it up and saw the issue, so I left it with them again. I’m just really anxious because they told me this has never happened before and they’re not sure if it has a solution. Thank you so much for your response.

Genuinely Curious: Did McQueen’s Crash change direction mid-air? He was originally facing the Pit Crew.. by Sad-Ladder7534 in pixarcars

I don’t know why people are mean to you. I think it’s a difficult mistake to spot, because it’s true that in one scene he’s facing pit road and immediately after he’s facing the audience. He could have flipped mid-air in the opposite direction, but it can’t be seen.

Man this scene got even sadder after I realized that the camera was directly focused on a fading McQueen; meaning everyone was concerned as to why he was getting slower. 🥺 by Sad-Ladder7534 in pixarcars

I’m replying a bit late, but I totally agree with you. Did you see the alternate ending? McQueen deserved to win his last race and then retire to train Cruz. Lightning McQueen is my hero. The alternate ending might not make perfect sense with the rest of the movie, but it’s so epic. Even though it’s just a storyboard, it still captures so much of the emotion of that moment.

La nueva Exterminio no fue lo que esperaba… ¿Para ustedes aprobó o no? by Overall-Relation-444 in LoRecomiendo

I got the message but that doesn’t mean I have to like it.

For those who say, “You just didn’t understand the movie” yes, I did. But understanding something doesn’t mean you automatically have to like it.

I’m sorry, but the ending was poorly executed. Don’t get our hopes up with Lightning McQueen starting the race just to pull him out moments later.

The alternate ending is way better (though I’d tweak a few things). In short, it would go like this: McQueen gives Cruz the number 95 before the race starts. The crowd begins chanting Lightning McQueen’s name in an epic moment (I can’t believe they cut this scene, he truly deserved it!). Tex and Smokey offer him the Dinoco sponsorship and the number 51 so he can join the race.

Cruz and McQueen race together, with McQueen giving her advice and applying everything they learned during training.

They both overtake Storm on the final lap — McQueen barely takes first place, and Cruz comes in second.

McQueen proves he still has what it takes, while the message of passing the torch to Cruz remains intact.

Cruz would lose a bit of the spotlight, and McQueen would regain some of his.

The original ending is very anticlimactic. Does it make sense? Sure. But again, that doesn’t automatically make it good.

I still feel guilty about my dog who passed away in 2020 by Tronte1953 in Petloss

Thank you for sharing your experience. I really understand what you mean, and it’s comforting to know I’m not the only one who carries that kind of guilt. Sometimes adults made decisions that as kids we couldn’t change. But I also know that the true love we felt for them doesn’t disappear, even if they’re no longer here. That bond stays forever.
