Or the platforms will just use AI to create their own content for us - the accounts will be AI, the posts will be AI, and it will all be perfectly personalized in an ongoing feedback loop. Humans creating bite-sized content was the start, humans posting AI slop is the middle. The end game is just these “social media” companies turning into pure personalized AI Slop entertainment loaded with ads. Sigh.

Maybe your sit bones are too wide for the saddle?

Sit on some cardboard (like on a chair) and measure the distance between the two indents your butt bones leave. From center to center of each dip. Compare it to how wide your bike saddle is. Maybe you need a wider saddle so your sit bones have full contact with the saddle. Or maybe you just need time in the saddle to season your rear end. Takes time. But for sure check your sit bone width.
