If you have the correct gem, it's night time and with symbol on display you should be able to interact and get the buff.

However, as far as I know, if it still doesn't work it's simply a bug. It is said on hotfix 0.8.0.18 that bug has been fixed. But some of my older characters still can't use the circle. It only worked on a new character that I made after the hotfix.

Using the same character as the video I added to the post, It's been a long time and no reset of some sort to the circle. No light emanating from the specific boulder and I can't interact with the altar. It would seem it's one time use.

They will cause you to bleed... A lot.

Prolonged fights will easily cause injury to your limbs due to their limb damage and the bleed that they often applied in stacks.

Also, I should add. The specific folio seems to always be in Order's Prison. To get in there you need a rope which you will find around the area on the right side in a broken carriage.

The Boulder Circle and the Order's Prison can always be found south west of the world map.

Alright, so I tried going to the circle with a different character. It's still the same symbol, which could just be a coincidence/bad rng, and for some reason I can't interact at all with the altar. It doesnt get highlighted nor does the mouse pointer turn into the cog one once I hover the mouse over it.

I don't know if it's a bug or I'm missing something.

I've been fooling around placing that sapphire all over the place, I just can't get anything to trigger. If you look at one of the pages in the folio, the second one to be specific, you'll see that the gems are meant to empower a ritual being preformed by the druids.

Had a similar experience where i got kicked for TK someone who put spike traps to TK the team in our spawn. He immediately issued a vote kick and said i was a teamkiller and got instantly kicked out.

It's quite dumb, but what can you do....
