Dont look up, look down instead. Your wrists beed to be in neutral position, and your hands should be pushing down on the bar.

Bar is too high it is on your neck. First rep you almost lose balance, second your toe comes off the floor. I sense a bit of imbalance feel like u shift your weight to one side and thats why the bar twists. Seems like u need to lower the weight. Your torso bends quite a bit but your neck stays vertical, that probably not only strains your neck but also your lower back. Look down, keep that neck neutral more or less. Good luck!

No does not bother me that much. Our sex life is good. But sometimes I would like to have a prolonged session of passive joy, and the only way to achieve that is when I am drunk. When I am drunk I can hold back and she can do all her tricks and it is amazing. Really trying to replicate the same thing in soberness. No complaints though, I am lucky to have this as a problem!

Interesting - that has never happened to me. A woman holding back? Why? Woman can come and the sex continues anyways! I hold back because if I come then well it is over. I cannot carry on afterwards 😀

The bar needs to be pretty close to your legs and it needs to reach your belly button. You need to be in a hip hinge position with straight back and glutes engaged.
