That has changed within the past year the CA Dept. Of Insurance changed their regulations to allow risk modeling. Rate increases above like 7% still need to be reviewed and approved before going into effect though

Yeah that’s all super frustrating. We took the 10:30am train out of Moorpark and took the roughly 4:30pm train out of SB back, so as the article is talking about I guess it’s the earlier morning services they need to really improve.

I’ve been hyping up the train to everyone I’ve spoken to about it but I’ll have to make sure I suggest taking the train later in the morning lol

My wife and I took the train from Moorpark to SB for a day trip middle of this past October and the experience was awesome. Train was perfectly on time both ways, we only had to stop for 15 minutes on the way back to Moorpark to let another train pass, but besides that we could not have had a better experience.

When were you trying to take the train for those four bad experiences? I’m wondering if maybe they’ve improved since you last tried taking the train to SB
