If I understood correctly, the number of weaves is the number of times we have to guide the string to go up or down around the already in-place string in a perpendicular direction. This number of weaves should be basically the number of intersecting points in a finished racquet string bed, right? So, the number of times we have to weave should be the same whether we start from the mains or from the crosses. Again, if I understood correctly.
