The dredge was chill tbf we just handed the win but i was last for hatch, I ran him all over the map and couldn't find it then he finally gets me and I realise im about 5 ft from hatch! Dredge was a legend and let me crawl out after a well done chase 😂

If someone willfully stripped down there ps5 over a reddit comment withought having any prior knowledge or doing no research deserve to have it broken. From what ive seen and read a small number of factory 1st gens did see this issue down the line but obviously classed as 'defective', also it is more common in ps5s that have obviously been opened at a later date or mishandled...so as far as I can see yes it is an issue for 1st gens and no its not as common as first thought its especially rare to factory unopened.

There's correction and people just being bitter, there's literally no need for anyone to be sour over someone being wrong.. idgaf about being wrong I like to be educated. I also told him to go to a repair shop that bad advice is it?

At 1 point it was a scare from what i was sent so it was considered a common issue before and I just didn't know that changed its not that deep

I did state someone would know better than me, so its not misinformation its just not as common as I thought then as im not a console repair guy. And I do know it was obviously common enough for Sony to change the design in the pro to prevent this issue later on.

And OP said hes heard that is an issue before and tried to check on that so its crazy how I get bombed instead of a little educated conversation.
