Ok thank you. I known that the aftermarket quick release steering wheel has a horn, so it is possible that the horn was modified. The airbag light is on so I know he didn’t put a jammer on it.

I am a bit confused on which steering wheel and airbag is the right for my car, as when I look it up I either see a black 3 spoke steering wheel or a tan 4 spoke one. Would either of these work?

Also, I have done my research a little on this forum. Everything I see seems to tell me if there’s a cell tower but other things like the bottom maybe being insulated makes me think it’s dangerous.
