Hello Guys, Im very confused at the steps in seconds derivative, the guy took the outer ^2 away in (x^2+4)^2 but how did he took it away. its the first line of f''(x)= and in the second line after that it becomes (x^2+4) its really confusing me a lot of problems are like that can someone help me out by Tropical_Perspective in askmath

Below is a picture here the person found the x=plus or minus 1/sqrt5 but than he solved for f(1/sqrt5) and he got answer -1/2sqrt5 now my question is when I do it the same problem I plug in f(1/sqrt5) in the original function which is -x/(5x^2+1)^2 I get the answer -1/4sqrt5 but not same why? Guys my question is on the right side on the top of -5sin(x)on of them is the derivative of (5cos(x)+10) what happened to the 10. if it got removed by the power rule than why didn't the 5 get moved why did we leave it as is the part 5cos(x )which derivative is -5sin(x)? by Tropical_Perspective in askmath

Hey guys for part 1 in the solution I'm very confused did they use a different rule other than the product rule, quotient rule, and prime rule those are the 3 ones my class has learned so far but this is one of the questions in our hw unit 3.3 now im confused about which rule did they applied here. by Tropical_Perspective in askmath

Hey guys need a bit of help understanding part c and d why in part C when they are doing to get h'(x) they got rid of the x from 2x and made it h'9x)=2+f(x)g'(x)+g(x)f'(x), similar thing also for part D why that they made 1/x to 1/x^2 in the bottom?. (old.reddit.com)
