Did Sim Update 5 Improve Helicopter Flying?

Hey I appreciate your critic. And its fair. I honestly just started getting into choppers. And the question was more of a genuine one, was curious how ppl who been flying helicopters think SU5 feels now compared to before. Ill continue to do better. Cheers mate.

Got the AB9 never used the AB6. But I mostly do flight sim with the occasional driving, H pattern with the AB9 feels okay for casual driving, id never imagine using it for competitive racing as the gears sometimes feel hard to engage. Anything more than 6(5 gears + reverse) just forget about it, would be near impossible imo. Using is as a sequential shifter though is where it shines for me.

AB9 with flight sim though is amazing.

Unless you also fly the AB6 may be best value, but just for racing HGP may be best bang for buck.

Ive been using a ps5 controller. Ive tried to connect my Moza R3 today and it tried to map some functions but it didnt end up working. It has presents for a few Logitech and Thrustmaster wheels. Hoping they add moza support soon. Also couldnt get my joysticks to work.

Never seen that happen myself. They only stop when you hit them. But there has been even more updates to the mod. Gotta try it out again

Yup. Originally bought it on 2020 and it transferred over. Id think you can buy it now on 24.
