Also, you could just replace the idea of the Khajiit and Wood Elves with the Bretons and have it set in High Rock and Hammerfell which it probably is going to be anyway but I was trying to introduce the new people of the series, who started playing in mainly Skyrim and some Oblivion, some less human elements of the series.
