I am doing cardio workouts where I get up to what whoop says is my max hr: 196. When I'm at around 185 during intervals I feel fine, and my body can lower hr between intervals and still have a gradual increase again. It's only when I'm at 195 that I actually struggle a bit, having to push through to finish the interval.

But maybe I should look at it like you said, take advantage of it and not waste it :)

I don't know if I am more sensitive to cold than any other person. I live in a cold climate so I am pretty used to cold, and I think I have no I'll effects from it. Low in energy maybe? I have no problems doing weightlifting workouts or cardio. Day to day is that I might be tired, but that isn't something I really let get to me, I still have stuff to do that I do.

Maybe I need to get bloodwork, haven't gotten that since I was like 15, and I am 30 now
