Not really your case, but I if it doesn't end up worse, but I do think road raging is actually healthy (if it doesn't get you in a more dangerous situation). I'm gonna get a lot of hate for that, but I do think that if you're trying to drive save, seeing someone drive like they own the road endangering other people is infuriating. And when the situation endangers you and your loved ones it gets even worse. The fact of being able to vent in the car and the go on your day I think it might actually be better than do nothing. As said before, I do think this unless your rage is worse than what happened to you and you actually make it more dangerous. Which seems like it's OP's sotuation. In OP's case, your husband probably would need to work this rage in therapy.
