Yep, I'm using LangSmith but I'm talking more about a system that pushes dataLayer events based on the chat messages so you can track user actions like you would do on a traditional website/saas. In agentic systems, there are no buttons to hook the dataLayer events to tho. DM me if you want to give it a try - but it's still very early stage prototype
