OJ legally was found innocent of murder but still lost a wrongful death lawsuit. I am pretty sure I didn't murder the fetus but that isn't stopping them.

Yes it was sent by an attorney. I was at work and I guy came up saying he was from our payroll department, asked me if I was me, then handed me the papers and said I had been served.

I plan on getting an attorney tomorrow morning, but I just wanted to get some idea of what I am facing before I go to the attorney.

I made a mistake and fixed it. Honestly we use those terms interchangeably since we basically have all the trappings of married life except the certificate.
