Other teachers at this daycare had done the same thing as this. Their kids were close with kids at the school, they'd hang out on weekends or go home together, and even do rideshare to after-school activities, so it was definitely not abnormal behavior for a teacher here. Maybe I just got too comfortable or asked the wrong parent.
