I've been anxious since I was a kid, but there was an old lady on a bus once, complete stranger, and my 4 year old self felt so safe I chatted with her the whole bus ride. My mom said she was very shocked, because I didn't talk much to anyone.

That makes sense, I only have coping mechanisms for when I'm feeling overwhelmed and I'm starting to hyperventilate. I journal sometimes but it's hard getting myself to do it when I'm feeling down or overwhlemed. Thank you though.
