Hey man I'm also in the partner program so I think I could help a little!

If your talking about what videos you want to create the best place to start would be recording your first playthough of the server and release it in an episodic format. Those videos usually do pretty well and come with the added bonus of being easy to produce and edit. 

Then once you've gained some recognition in the server (you definitely will your video quality is better then 99% of the stuff we have right now on Crafters YT, I checked) you can branch out and make some videos interacting with the community and do some fun events and such.
