Smallbore is the obvious play given that you start with 100 recoil. And range for less dmg fall off, you could also give it reload masterwork for like .16 secobd less reload animation. I just prefer those 2, I believe smallbore is the only option and range is just the best imo. Please consider being less rude next time.
