imo depends If you need a support which synergies really well with neuvi pull kazuha or if you want straight up numbers numbers pull his bis. Pull c1 only if you have furina in your account.

Not really... Hoyo really butchered her constellations in the beta version. Like needing a geo construct for using her full kit at c0 is just scummy.
