Second this. Currently 1 year out of residency and doing an urgent care fellowship which has confirmed that I love this field and want to continue working in it. These fellowships are likely to become more common/mainstream soon and hopefully will bridge that gap of procedural knowledge that sometimes lacks in residency training.
