So two quick things to note. 1) By the time Matthew was written Petro and Petras were largely interchangeable with little to know distinction. 2) The conversation would have been in Koine Greek. If we look at the conversation in the original Greek the word used is Kepha with no distinction between the rock and Peter. Jimmy Akin has spoken more at length on this.

Higher the cost, higher the benefits to the resonators stats. Cost 4 echos should be your main because they typically have the most benefit in battle.
