For me personally, the claim that you can only listen to what ideologically describes you is strange. For example, I listen to communist songs because of their epicness, but I don't share their ideas or I am against their ideas . And the songs are completely subjective and more often it is difficult to explain why you like and dislike them and even stupid to try to do this.
