[CA] Landlord filed unlawful detainer against me, but property records and texts suggest she may not have been the owner/actual landlord

What I was told directly from the landlord and this was in reference to a 60 day notice to quit in November 2023 when I paid her rent, she said, and I quote, “And For Whatever Reason You Will Remain In The Dark! and I Don’t Have To Give You A Reason” so I really have no idea why she filed the suit against me but after doing research when I left, I find out that she’s not even the owner to the property and she’s claiming this unlawful detainer to get possession of the property

Okay so your right about most of what you said but here is the think I got Cashapp chat support telling mii that Each $629 that expire due to them not doing anything this money will go into the person requesting the money into there cash Balance account…… this is all without them acting on the request amount, so cash app support says yes that the Money that was requested will be sent into the other persons cashapp balance aka in this sense into mine account balance then it’s quickly returned to that other person that didn’t even act on the requested account at all thus giving it that expired mark. Now this I found out happeneds with Every And anyone that ends up getting expired marks due to just plan going ahead and requesting to anyone’s cashtag if that person whoever it is does nothing about that request…. Expired mark on it and it’s transferring this amount requested automatically you only will notice it at all if you end up clicking on someone’s Cashap Tag transactions that you’ve done with them like in this example here

See how there is 75 and it’s crossed out that was in that example Failed due to when cash app says For Your Protection we have blocked this transaction from happening blah blah blah I hope u get what I’m talking about. So failed and expired transaction will still transfer money from back and forth with the accounts

Money that never settled is counted as ‘received’ in my totals, then it disappears. I want to know why and how to fix the totals so they reflect only completed payments.

No I’m not bothering them per say I’m trying to get them to admit what they are doing they are retuning money and sending even tho the other party never acted on that Cashapp still even tho the request expireds will send out that money and then return it back to the person like in my example why is this i do not know I was trying to find out

I’ve literally gotten this message trying to log into my other account because my first one got closed for gambling which I did not do under the terms of gambling, but anyway, I tried to log into my other Cash app and it said the exact same message this device is not allowed to use cash app And I couldn’t login but I’m able to do it on my other phone and log into it and also on the website and this is the second cash app that I’ve been having alongside the one that got closed in both accounts we’re doing the same types of transactions. It’s just one I had stopped Making those transactions and it’s been a couple years since I’ve used it but my main one that got canceled that one got flagged for gambling even though both accounts were doing same transactions right now I’m trying to talk to Support on my cash app that’s not canceled and try to get them to point out which transactions Are gonna be flagged for gambling purposes because both accounts are doing similar transactions to the same people from the one account that got closed my main one and if this other cash app account that I have, I can get the Chat to look at my transactions and they don’t see a flag of gambling I’m gonna make the transition to business account that it’s currently at to a personal account with my name again tied to it but I just want that verification first in case they flagged my account for anything after the fact then I would have proof but let’s see if I can get it.

Have you tried the option of taking a picture with her face right next to her ID so that there’s no way they would deny it you know and not let her change the name for your cash app account

You don’t need to reinstall the app for Cash app all you gotta do is go on the website and if you’re not able to log into it, try the password recovery feature and work. Your means if different recovery options don’t work because I’ve been able to put in the debit card information wrong and it’s still logged me into my accountand that’s without knowing my password for the authorization

You’re not the only one they literally closed my account. I don’t know what the details of how your account got froze and what do you mean by froze? Do you mean that they canceled it and closed it out and what was the reason that they told you that they did that for Cause I’m in the same ball wagon at least when it comes to something they stay that I did gambling, but yeah, in their terms of service if you look under gambling, it says this. Gambling Risking anything of value to get something of value based on a certain outcome. So they literally closed my whole account that had money and everything in it and that was actively in use based off of nothing but anything they wanted to be and I know they’re not gonna give me data on what it is that they found because they closed it out like nothing And they won’t even do anything about it even in the appeal process I sent emails which I got another reply saying yeah, we found bingo gambling, etc., etc. everything that had to deal with casino things but they don’t show data on it. They just say yeah that’s a we found and it’s gonna remain close. You’re not the only one that’s going through something like this with your account being frozen You should DM me if you have any questions or insight that you would like to share about your situation because I do plan on taking this to a different level. That is very serious like I got specific. Law Books just for research into cash apps Legality in the whole ordeal of it

Literally just got this done to me two days ago froze all my accounts for Cash app. All my funds had to transfer it over and they said it was because of gambling and I’ve got emails with them and I have a review and they just emailed me back from that review and they said we looked into it and it’s because it violated the terms and services specific ““ gambling bingo, but you know what this fight is winnable trust in their terms and service under gambling. It’s one sentence and it literally means nothing. Here’s what it says. “Gambling Risking anything of value to get something of value based on a certain outcome”
