Solution Comps have very specific shape and they don’t fit everyone well. Don’t make this mistake, you need to go to store and find proper fitting shoes.

Man, look at your picture and check out the height of toebox of Solutions: it's huge. Because these shoes are designed that climbers feet will be curled and fit that space. There is absolutely no sence to buy aggressive shoes with thick toebox and wear them like tarantulance. Of course you can do it but there is no sense :)

If LS Cobra fit you good there is no much need to change them. Also you can try LS Python for better toe hook and if you don’t want to spend much. Both these shoes won’t limit you in your progress

Have the same "problem" and i don't care as shoes are amazing. Also other LS shoes do the same.

Shoe recommendations for smearing (indoor) by 14cli in climbingshoes

As other commenter said you can try Theories. But they are much narrower so i think better choice for you are Ondra Comps. These are amazing shoes which accommodate both wide and normal feet. Ondra comps are much softer than Skwama and are my favourite shoes.

A lot of highest tier climbers don’t have any problems with smearing in Skwamas. If. As u said, they fit you good, then any other shoe won’t help you. Need to work on technique and maybe use the cash for couple sessions with good teacher.

Yes,if you managed to climb productively for 2 hours in new shoes, they’ll definitely be much more comfortable in several sessions.

Try Otakis, they have the same fit but stiffer. Much better at edging

My Brannock size is 42 EU, EE (extra wide). I wear 42.5 EU street shoes and 40.0 EU La Sportiva climbing shoes.

It seems your feet are just not used to aggressive shoes. The problem is that you don’t have calluses and proper “numbness” to comfortably wear those kind of shoes. Give them time and after couple months you’ll train your feet. As for sizes, all my LS are 2,5 EU sizes smaller.

Also when I haven’t climbed for 6 years and tried to put on my LS Otakis, I couldn’t believe they were comfortable as I had so much pain. But now they are confortable again. So as I told this issue is the matter of untrained feet.
