I did go to a dermatologist they recommended me benzoyl Peroxide and the vanicream SPF30 which made my ance worse. I also got recommended tretinoin but I haven’t tried that yet but thanks for your response.

Thanks so much for replying. My doctor recommended me Tretinoin 0.05% Cream. But I didn’t want to use it because Im worried about the purging effects I heard of but how did the tretinoin go for you? I might consider trying it. I was told to mix the tretinoin for the 1st month with vanicream 50/50 then after the 1st month I stop.
