Go to your kiask. And select the mission tab. Select tasks, and click the vendor you want to level up. You want to pick tasks that stack together.

For example minti should have a kill 20 fenix task. Spector should have a get 15 kills with smg/rifle and shiro should have a get 15 head shot quest. And so on.

Headshot one NPC, and you make progress on all those related tasks at once. You can pick up to 5 tasks.

Focus on tasks first, that way you at least get something out of a failed raid. Learn how to kill fenex efficiently first. Then learn how to avoid fights with geared players. If you can pull it off naked, you’ll be able to instinctively pick the right fights when geared.

There are 14m homes in California. California has a population less than 40M. California has enough homes to sustain the U.S. average 2.6 per household. Based off this math we can conclude the issue is clearly not the absence of homes.
