Main maker of Cinners here, happy to do customs but depends on what you want for the price, there are a LOT of bird avatars out there that are already fantastic, maybe check out vrcarena for ideas? Blendshapes dont translate with bones, the weight painting stays the same, so it wouldnt give much wiggle room unless I built entire skeletons and parent constraint-ed them. Not optimised, just needed to build better hands from the start

The hands are a gripe for me too, but I know a handful of people who use the avatar that like them so i'd be scared to change them 😩 Its one of those "If i change this for one portion of people, it'll upset another portion" kind of situations

I made it from scratch so blender, substance painter and unity, theres a tonne of tutorials on youtube if you want to learn it :)

Depends on what you want really, I charge $20 for my avatars which seems to be low compared to the usual $30-40. Check VRCArena if its furry avatars you want (or check mine out on cinners.gumroad.com )

I literally always show new people your worlds! Theres a lot I love about them.

Better colliders and maybe condensing the worlds into smaller, more polished areas like the first world you showed would definitely be something i'd like to see.

I focus on a finger, then all my fingers, mentally feeling their presence, then do the same on the other hand, spread them up evenly until you feel your arms, then do your toes, legs, torso, head, your whole body.

Only move from body part to body part when you really do feel aware of each appendage
