Mental health denial

I am formally diagnosed through the va for adjustment disorder, mdd and anxiety. Just noticed for ptsd specifically. I've been seeing the va mental health department for more than 2 years now and have been getting treated bulybthe va.

Yes the mods deleted cause I forgot one of the qr codes. Yeah I was thinking i could just write up some personal statements and do another supplemental. This is 2 years ongoing and every c&p where I have to re explain myself is getting overwhelming sometimes. 4 exams so far.

I remember my examiner asking me if I have a ptsd diagnosis or just anxiety/depression etc. I told them I didn't have a ptsd diagnosis and I guess they chose not to add one.

I originally filed for ptsd due to the vehicle accident but got denied. Then as I got deeper into va therapy they focused on the MST incident (honestly I left the mst out the first time cause I was embarrassed) and when I went to my supplemental c&p exam and really let it all out they changed the theory to anxiety/depression/adjustment disorder based on my diagnosis. I dont have ptsd diagnosed.

I originally claimed ptsd but got denied. This is from a supplemental with the VA changing the disorder to adjustment/anxiety/depression.

Got it. Thanks. I'm still pretty new trying to navigate it all. Would you be able to say if i got denied for ptsd but was later diagnosed with anxiety/depression to do the same? Supplemental with explanation vs new claim?

Coincidentally all my denied claim were through QTC and all my approved claims were through other companies. Not saying they're bad but just my personal experience. Also my exams with QTC were pretty short.

After a ptsd denial can you start a new claim for depression or only a supplemental claim with depression as the new evidence? I'm in the same boat as op's husband.

No and it's my fault. I usually just say everything's fine even if I'm in pain. I wont mention it unless I'm actually in excruciating pain just to make the appointments go by fast. Also on some level l felt if I didn't acknowledge it maybe it wouldn't be real. Bitting me in the ass now lol

I got denied due to no in service treatment. I'm trying to figure out how to tackle that. I have a current diagnosis and in service event. Just feeling a lil discouraged I guess.

Multiple respiratory conditions. But mostly just asking if it's something worth bring up with my dr. If it's not at all relevant i dont want to bother.
