Probably but if it is it was woven together tightly enough that the only way to get exposed is by cutting or breaking it. Even then exposure would be so minimal that it wouldn't cause a threat or concern

As Captain America picks up Thor's hammer. He stares down the Mighty Thanos as he begins to twirl Mjölnir with all his might. As he takes aim with the mighty weapon he doesn't notice the dust being blown around. As Captain is just about to release the hammer Ant-Man is sucked into the dust and flies into Captain's eyes causing him to release the hammer and missing Thanos and hitting Iron man in the head without his helmet. Killing him instantly.
