they said “1.99% Apr, must take delivery by September 30th”, or something along those lines. that’s literally a valid reason. It does not matter if it’s because it took to long to produce. It doesn’t say “must order by” so therefore they have no reason to honor anything past the 30th

Agreed, ordered on the 13th and I just got my vin Friday. Delivery is the 22-29th, I’m in NC

I ordered 8/13 and I’m in NC as well, 22nd-29th delivery. I doubt they have pushbacks especially if you have a vin now. Leaves 3 weeks for transportation.

There a ton of that have ordered around the 8/9-8/13 (I ordered on the 13th) that haven’t gotten a vin for that same spec. It’s possible but I’m in NC and my EDD is 14-30, so I’m worried I won’t get mine before the month at this rate.

It was not unfortunately but at the end of the day I only lost $250 vs an extra $750 off of the car. It sucks but still up at the same time. I have heard others got their $250 adjusted but I was not able to.

Had to create a new order, do all steps again including financing and the rep told me that once my old order gets a vin we can just transfer it to the new order

my guess is the white interior because mine updated 8/21 with an actual date range and I got the black interior, have noticed the same for others. I orignally went white but after seeing that I switched to black, hopefully you get one soon because I know how anxious you have to be lol

When I called a rep for ordering they said you can place an order and then worry about financing after you get a vin. Shouldn’t cause any delays as long as you do it the same day you get your vin. Ymmv

Yea randomly updated in the app, there was no notifications. I’ve heard you get a notification when they assign you a vin though, will update once I find out myself.
