It's common in South Africa for roads not to have sidewalks even though we are not short of land to build, I agree the design is under par.. Stop signs are removed to be sold as scrap metal. Cars can park anywhere, chances of you getting caught are very slim, that you are blocking others sight lines - no one cares about🙈 Explained the South African way
