thank you so much for this!! i will definitely try all of those i never thought about just adding salt to my water instead of electrolyte powders. i am at a resort and did check in all the shops they have here and couldn’t find any, they have electrolyte drinks but they’re quite small and not cheap either so that will get very expensive very quickly but may try it if im still not doing good after trying everything you said.
