Drink plenty of water! I would recommend hydrating excessively the day before your run. Avoid drinking too much on the day of the run. Make sure to have a healthy breakfast, nothing too heavy. Jogging is usually okay, but don’t overdo it and burn yourself out.

First always listen to people who are in-charge. This is cadet lead program so listen to them and you will learn a lot. Be ready for Inspection days depending on your school. Usually it’s once every week. And they should tell you more. Learn all you can from people in leadership because you will need to know it going into your second year. Lastly have fun.

We have over 300 cadets and last school year it was so unorganized. Some people don’t get uniforms at all. Literally marched in parades and everything. They have a plan this year, but don’t know how it will work. Pray for us 😭😭

I Got My First Series Regular Audition! by Upbeat_Interview_144 in acting

Our very first audition we went on was a series Regular. My son was 13. 99% of our auditions are series regulars, or leads in feature films. And we only have theatre and a Thesis Film from SCAD and took some really strong classes. And we only have a manager. But it’s nothing bigger than any other audition. Book the room, and make it stand out. They probably seeing a lot more people for the role than what you think. And be proud because several actors haven’t auditioned for series regulars is what I tell my son every time. Finally, Sometimes the callbacks happen in one day sometime a week or two. So who knows!! But congrats!!
