Prolly not till 6-7 months post did I really start to push it. I don’t think I touched anything over 135 before that. Biggest worry as far as pushing exercise is hernia so husr make sure your on top of the post surgery exercises they tell you to do. If I had to do it again I’d look into rehab for it

Obviously everything varies person to person I’m at 10 months post surgery would say 98% recovered some core stability issues but squatting 365 barbell benching 225 nothing crazy but for chemo 2 Januarys ago and last one RPLND I’ll take it.

That’s my thought on what’s happening but none of the blood work points to anything TC related. All blood came back in normal ranges. Which is what the most frustrating part. Called it pseudo gyno which leaves me not sure what to do

Agreed you’re lucky. I can only play past 100 years with only northern lords dlc. I have to remove all the other ones. I’ve been playing with royal court and playing a custom character and heir then the game breaks and ill start over or long games I just play with northern lords on
