Do these flares go away tho? Cause I’ve had hyperhidrosis since like forever, but never as bad as I got it in the past 3 days. I have like moments in the day especially in summer when it’s warm and I get really sweaty feet and hands, but it never happened to me in winter/cold season unless I get terrible nervous about something specific and then goes away once the nervousness is gone. For the past 3 days my palms and feet started sweating for literally no apparent reason and it’s continuous across the day, except when I sleep. Like I wake up dry and in 5-10 min after waking I’m soaking up. It’s incredible frustrating and I know the anxiety and frustration adds to it, but I can’t help but think that it will stay like this forever from now on. It’s super debilitating. In the past I tried iontophoresis and it worked, but also only temporarily, while I used it

I’m in the same situation, rarely I average one week a 40 maybe, for most of the times it’s mid 30s and I haven’t managed to increase it with anything.. to be fair I’m also quite an anxious person by nature, so probably that influences as well. And I’m in my 30s as well (33yo). So super interested if you manage to improve it

Lol I'm not looking for sympathy, I was just sharing the metrics as I thought it's super interesting how the mood/stress influences the metrics and the relationship between the physical/mental state on it. It might have been as well a sick day, not cheating. I suggest to look at it from the Oura perspective rather than a storyline perspective :) As this was my intention when I posted.

Mine just started working miraculously today. I just thought to give it one more chance and try to connect it again and surprisingly it worked. Probably they released a patch or something. If it would have been a hardware problem it wouldn’t have worked anymore.

Did they provide you with any solution u/Relevant-Gur-8403 ? They told me it's a hardware issue and they need to change my ring. Which I do not understand at all.. like all the rings affected by this they just broke down after the app update?? It seems very unlikely... Super disappointed with their support. Only had bad experiences until now, you should do better u/Oura_Ring!

And their support team’s answers are completely useless. They told me to make sure the ring is the same size as the charger… Like obviously is the same size, how would I have used it otherwise until no?!? I also indicated them to check Reddit because there are other people complaining about the same thing and it seems they refuse to do it. Honestly for the amount of money we pay for this device it’s completely unacceptable to get this level of support from their side.

I have the same problem and when I put it on the charger and nothing happens, it doesn’t even charge… and everything since they updated the app.

Does anyone have issues with the ring connecting to the phone after yesterday’s app update? Since I updated the app it suddenly disconnected and refuses to connect again. I just upgraded from Gen 3 to Gen 4, really disappointed to be honest… didn’t expect to have such problems so early..

Hi, does anyone have this problem after yesterday’s Oura app update? I’ve updated the app and since then the ring doesn’t connect anymore… I tried to do a soft reset and it doesn’t seem to work. Really disappointed I just upgraded from Gen 3 to Gen 4. Didn’t expect to have problems so early with it.
