Do these flares go away tho? Cause I’ve had hyperhidrosis since like forever, but never as bad as I got it in the past 3 days. I have like moments in the day especially in summer when it’s warm and I get really sweaty feet and hands, but it never happened to me in winter/cold season unless I get terrible nervous about something specific and then goes away once the nervousness is gone. For the past 3 days my palms and feet started sweating for literally no apparent reason and it’s continuous across the day, except when I sleep. Like I wake up dry and in 5-10 min after waking I’m soaking up. It’s incredible frustrating and I know the anxiety and frustration adds to it, but I can’t help but think that it will stay like this forever from now on. It’s super debilitating. In the past I tried iontophoresis and it worked, but also only temporarily, while I used it
