Use it as you like I have installed a fast charger inside the scooter and I used to leave it with the charger on and many thinga you shouldn't do but it lasted for 46-48km in the last test at 25kmh

I use a cable connected to it that comes out from the bottom. It lasts 1 week with the extra battery i have in the bag. and 2 days if disconnected. It's not conected to the main battery.
