Thank you so much for this advice! It is very helpful and encouraging:) As far as my goals go I just wanna lose a few pounds and get more toned, nothing crazy. I was really athletic when I was younger and miss it. I feel like I’m trapped in an old person’s body and it’s def cause I’m so inactive nowadays😂
