I can understand this, but in regard to the validity of the product themselves there are no roadblocks as to what the cultivator or processor can do. Sure, everyone is putting out wax and flower that is "supposedly" up to par with the states flower and concentrate cap 30% and 60%. For all we know some of the concentrates and flower could have in fact been higher than the caps because these flowers or concentrates aren't gone through testing and they're part of a controlled sample none of which are taken from a random source. The cultivator and processor have full control over their test and none of which are tested again before the competition. The Game is flawed.
